Our fourth experimental cask release, casked on Christmas Eve 2021 in ex-Oloroso sherry octaves (60 litre casks) for 2 years and 9 months. These sherry casks were used to mature Scotch whisky before we got our hands on them to age our rum.

Just 238 bottles available at cask strength of 62.3%, with each bottle individually numbered.

Expect abundant chocolate, fudge and toffee notes, along with the unmistakable smokiness of oloroso and some fruity whisky background notes.

We don’t chill filter, add sugar or colour this rum. Some cask sediment may be present.
