Spice Up My Highball

A luxurious take on the classic rum and coke, with a little added orange liqueur and sherry. A favourite serve at the distillery.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Ninefold Dormont Spiced

  • 15 ml triple sec/orange liqueur

  • 10 ml Oloroso sherry

  • Cola

Method:
Add first three ingredients to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with cola and stir to mix. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy your jazzed up rum and coke!
