Little Scotaly

A Little Italy cocktail made with Scottish rum (hence ‘Scot-aly’), a sophisticated rum forward Cask Aged rum cocktail to impress with.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Cask Aged Pure Single Rum

• 25 ml sweet vermouth

• 7.5 ml Cynar

Method:
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
