Jungle Spiced

Shaking up the Jungle Bird cocktail with Dormont Spiced rum and sweet vermouth, instead of an aged rum and lime. Made from just four ingredients, this is simple, yet classy.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Ninefold Dormont Spiced

  • 25 ml sweet vermouth

  • 35 ml pineapple juice

  • 15 ml Campari

Method:
Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice. Double strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice and/or pineapple fronds if you’re feeling fancy!
