Gunpowder Negroni

If you enjoy the bitter moreishness of a classic Negroni, try out this take using our Merchant Parrot overproof.

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Merchant Parrot

  • 20ml Campari or Amaro di Angostura

  • 20ml sweet vermouth

  • 2 dashes Ms. Betters Bitters Smoke & Oak Bitters

Method:
Stir down with ice and serve in a rocks glass with big chunk of ice. Twist a grapefruit peel over the glass to express the oils and serve with the cocktail.
